Standard Limited Warranty
BK Technologies® (“Warrantor”) warrants to the Purchaser of new radio equipment of the Warrantor’s manufacture that such equipment shall be free from material defects in material and workmanship for the period commencing upon the date of purchase and continuing for the following specified period of time after that date:

Extended Warranty Options
Extended warranty options are available for the basic unit (radio). No extended warranty is offered on the repeater, antenna, battery, and all other accessories. Equipment and accessory items not manufactured by the Warrantor carry the standard warranty of the manufacturer and are not covered by this warranty.
Warrantor makes no representations or warranties with respect to any third-party product. This includes any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or against infringement of intellectual property rights, whether express or implied by law, course of dealing, course of performance, usage of trade, or otherwise.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover equipment which has been:
- Damaged or not maintained as reasonable or necessary
- Modified in any way, including the removal of the serial tag
- Improperly installed
- Repaired by someone other than the Warrantor or a BK Technologies Authorized Service Center
- Used in a manner or purpose for which the equipment was not intended
- Used with aftermarket accessories (any accessory not issued/sold by the Warrantor)
Warranty Claim Process
To obtain warranty repair or replacement:
- Return the equipment properly packaged and freight prepaid to the Warrantor or any BK Technologies Authorized Service Center.
- The equipment will be returned freight prepaid from the Warrantor only.
Limitations of Liability
Warrantor will not be liable for:
- Any loss of use, revenue, or profit
- Loss of data or diminution in value
- Any consequential, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages
- Damages arising out of breach of contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise
- Foreseeable or unforeseeable damages, even if advised of the possibility
Exclusive Remedy
The remedy for the Purchaser is limited to repair or replacement of the equipment. This will be the sole and exclusive remedy and Warrantor’s entire liability for any breach of this limited warranty.
Warrantor shall not be liable for the equipment or damages caused, except as prescribed herein, whether such liability is predicated upon negligence, tort, contract, or other product liability theory.
No Other Warranties
Except for the warranty set forth above, Warrantor makes no warranty with respect to the equipment. This includes any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or against infringement of intellectual property rights, whether express or implied by law, course of dealing, course of performance, usage of trade, or otherwise.
No person, whether employed by the Warrantor or not, is authorized to make oral or other modifications, extensions, or additions to this warranty unless approved in writing by an authorized officer of the Warrantor at its home office.

Warranty Repair:
To obtain warranty repair, pack the Product carefully and include a note describing the specific defect that has caused you to return it. For your protection, it is advisable to insure the parcel against loss or damage. The Product (with evidence of original installation or purchase) should be shipped or delivered (by UPS or insured parcel post), freight prepaid, to Authorized Warranty Repair Station. Hanson Communications, 825 County Road 30, Columbia, AL 36319 Attention: warranty repair. The Product will be returned freight prepaid.
